Here's my written commitment to you:

1. The plan I outline for you will be EXACTLY what you will get. (You never be a victim of a bait-and-switch scam with me… meaning I won’t tell you one thing, get you interested and switch it up on you later.)
2. I’ll guarantee that your total investment will be within $500 of what is disclosed. (I challenge you to find any mortgage guy to offer that, there’s no way they would… never! **and remember you take zero out of your pocket!**)
3. If we use your real estate as a wealth-building tool, I Guarantee your rate, the term of the loan as well as all other items will be what we went over in the beginning… Or you pay me nothing. (Of course if market conditions change or certain information we received verbally is different from what’s received on paper, it may change certain variables, however, rest assured I communicate everything to you upfront and as I see it.)
4. You’ll close on time, so long as you get us all the necessary paper-work the day we need it.
5. You’ll be treated by me with respect at all times without fail.
6. All your financial data and records will be safe and secure. And I NEVER share your information with anyone. Ever!
